Precedents
Phase 1 of the project begins with the central bathhouse anchoring the remainder of the development. As services get connected to the prefabricated bathhouse and caretakers dwelling, tent pads are built on site, followed by the central covered kitchen.
Phase 2 replaces tent pads with prefabricated cabins that are assembled and attached to one another on site.
The final phase installs artist cabins near the entrance of the property, giving a greater depth to the experience as well as nurturing a micro community on site.
